Ashley leads by choosing yes — modeling faith through action
Ashley’s journey began in the aftermath of Haiti’s 2010 earthquake, when she stepped into international mission work and answered a clear calling to serve God’s people. What started as immediate relief efforts gradually evolved into a deeper vision for empowerment, dignity, and long-term transformation. Through prayer, experience, and faithful action, Ashley, alongside her husband Jeff, established Second Chance Global, rooted in the belief that generational cycles can be broken and that individuals can step into their God-given potential when given opportunity and support.
That same conviction led to the creation of Purpose Project, an empowerment initiative of Second Chance Global, where Ashley again said yes—this time to empowering others through sustainable job creation. Ashley’s leadership is shaped by faith put into action and a consistent willingness to respond to God’s leading.

Second Chance Global exists to end generational poverty through empowerment, partnering with local leaders and walking alongside individuals with dignity, purpose, and compassion. Through relationships, encouragement, and opportunity, Second Chance Global equips people to step into their God-given potential and create lasting transformation in their families, communities, and the world for Jesus.

Purpose Project is an empowerment initiative of Second Chance Global that seeks to create sustainable change by providing dignified employment opportunities to families living in poverty.
